Founded as the real estate investment division of Resource America

Investments with institutional partners target distressed real estate at the opportune time in the real estate cycle

2004

Enters independent broker-dealer channel with a focus on multifamily real estate

$300 million raised through 15 real estate funds

2010

Launches its first public non-traded REIT, Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT

$633 million raised through the REIT’s close on December 13, 2013

2013

Launches one of the first real estate interval funds

Resource Real Estate Diversified Income Fund delivers an institutional real estate investment strategy for retail investors

2015

Introduces an institutional credit investment strategy

Resource Credit Income Fund offers an accessible institutional credit investment for retail investors

2016

C-III acquires Resource
